Thanks once again all staff at the Palm for a fab holiday - particularly Evren who always makes a great effort - his service is excellent - . Nothing is too much trouble. Pool great, one of the best I have ever used - great new sunbeds this year which were very comfortable!!!! Food very good with a massive choice -... More

Nice hotel for the price! It isn't fancy, but I found it comfortable. I thought their breakfast was decent. I had a long wait in this area before being transported airport (I had a late flight). The staff was helpful and thoughtful and kept my suitcase behind the desk so that I would be free to explore the city. I... More

We were booked in here by our Istanbul travel agent as part of a "4 star" tour. This is a hotel which in Canada would be used only for youth soccer teams at tournaments and only then if alternatives were all booked up. The website makes it look nice. A seemingly spacious pool and well appointed rooms. In reality the... More

The hotel is not at all 3*...The rooms need to be refurbished. ..if they upgrade you they say it is 'room with balcony'. Breakfast needs to be improved. Must provide Coffee/Tea maker in rooms. Recommend for only One-Night stay as a last resort.

We stayed here at the beginning of July - bed & breakfast. After settling into our 3rd room we planned our week. This hotel is situated near to a beach and marina. It has very good sea-views and of the cruise ships. This hotel is a very good base for beach & town. As we only had breakfast this was... More

This is a 2 star trying for 3 stars. The location is ok for the town but the beaches close by are small and crowded. The staff are a mixed bunch and most speak good English. The evening meal was poor but usually has one reasonable course. The breakfast selection was poor to a western taste (but Hey,-it's Turkey). The... More

Sayed at this hotel from 4th August for 2 nights. Found the hotel staff to be very friendly. House keeping very good. My room 101 was at the lower end of the hotel and had good views in both directions of the sea front. As this is a hotel aimed at tourists there is a slight amount of noise. But... More

Hard to fathom this advertised as 4 stars, rooms and beds are OK, staff are friendly and helpful, but it is very dated (possibly 80's refit), and the common areas are very tired. The breakfasts are below average, but the dinners are particularly bad so I would avoid the buffet if you stay there. It is in a good area... More

We used this for one night as our base to travel to Ephasus. The hotel was well located on the corner of of the road next to the sea front and most rooms on the front have a balcony with a sea view. the ones at the sea end of the building (room 501 have a panoramice view of the... More

I like this hotel because, you have the beach view from your balcony, and away from the noisy traffic of the street. Walking distance to variety of cafe, restaurant and Bar. Friendly staff. I had a clean room with bathroom looking like new. The buffet (breakfast and dinner) was great. I will definitely choose this hotel again.
