Stayed there for 1 night. The room is okay and clean though furniture slightly old. It's very close to nearby shops and i think most room has a balcony facing the sea. We had a dinner buffet and breakfast. The food spread is good with many choices. Wifi in my room is also good.

We stayed here for one night as part of an Ephesus tour. The hotel is located just about in the centre of the bar/restaurant area on the waterfront. Staff are friendly and helpful, the pool is clean and inviting and a good size for a swim. We had the buffet dinner as part of our package and it was excellent.... More

Good hotel but the noise from the other room can be clearly heard from the toilet. Nice location. Good staff good food. No kettle and complimentary drinks. But will still book in this hotel in the near future

I stayed at this hotel beginning of August for a few nights and enjoyed it very much, so on my return to Kusadasi last week I booked the Palm Hotel again for my friend and I. The service on arrival was superb the room we were given was not suitable so they immediately gave us another room, although the people... More

Stayed here for a week, nice hotel housekeeping fantastic v quite no night life, nobody ever in bar, food reasonable breakfast could be better, scrambled eggs or omelette could be nice and if they say it's a four star hotel why serve diluted orange in plastic cups, when they should have a fresh juice squeezer like most other restaurants. Hallways... More
