I stayed here last week. I agree that it is catered for Germans but I have to say they were totally welcoming to an english lady on holiday solo. The guests made me very welcome and even though there was the language barrier this didn;t matter one iota. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Some positive facts about the hotel: -Friendly help at the front desk. -Nice turkish spa section in the hotel. -Air condition was included. -The pool area was nice. Some negative facts about the hotel: -Not really all inclusive hotel. They charge for all alcoholic drinks (except raki and gin & tonic), ice-cream, orange-juice, food and drink at the beach. -Very... More

Nice and clean room and hotel, but not perfect. If you have trouble sleeping when it is a bit to bright, bring an eye mask. It was difficult to keep the heat from the room without using the air conditioning, which was located above the bed?? Staff is very friendly and service minded. Most of the staff are very good... THE GOOD: very clean rooms and an adequate size, good service, attentive and friendly staff, nice pool and pool area, nice restaurant, nice beach, good watersports activities, beachside snack bar, we also loved their Turkish bread. THE OKAY: food - not much vegetarian choice, but always managed to find something to eat, walk to the beach was approx 5-10mins okay... More

Yes as some others have commented the hotel is aimed more at the German tourist rather than the British. However we didn't find this a problem despite being the only English people staying at the hotel. The German people we met at the hotel were fantastic, and made us feel welcome when we met in the bar at night, often... More

Side is not typical Turkey in terms of shopping ie prices are expensive, stalls have signs saying 'fixed priced' and they are - very difficult to haggle which is part of the Turkey experience. Hotel itself is nice but catered for Germans in terms of food and language. Staff rarely speak to British customers and were constantly refiling German customers... More

We stayed for a week in May. The location is not great, about a ten minute walk to the beach which can feel like an hour in the heat! Our room was lovely not a great view and a small balcony but perfectly adequate.the food was very nice, very Turkish based but hey we are in Turkey! The food and... More

Before I start, I did read the reviews and I did have in mind when booking this hotel for my wife, 2 children and myself that La Vitas was aimed at the German audience but I would never of dreamed that only us and 1 other couple were the only english in the whole hotel. Rooms: The rooms were very... More
