Read all the reviews after booking and was a little apprehensive, however what a lovely hotel for the money. We didn't want to be tied to the reps sorting out an itinery so chose a hotel more as a base. The staff are all very nice and not at all 'offish' and mainly try very hard to speak english (remember... more

I travelled as a lone parent with my 10 year old son. The Hotel tried to put us in a double bed, the Manos rep had to sort this out. The hotel do not display prices for the Pool restaurant so take care what you order and payment is on a card system. Make sure you get a receipt when... more

The food was good, if not as plentiful lif you were late in the morning or in the evening. I can't stand those Brits who go on holiday to a foreign country and expect that they will get english food. You can get that at home, and judging from the sizeof some of the Brits, they'd had rather too much... more

There is nothing wrong with the hotel what so ever, it is clean, plenty of staff about who fair enough might not know loads of english but they're keen to learn and will always try. We were half board but only had breakfast, where there was a HUGE choice of food available. We decided not to eat tea at the... more

The hotel is ok, a little dated in parts but clean. The cleaning staff were a credit to the hotel, smiley and cheerful and hardworking. The restaurant staff were the total opposite and actually put us off eating there.Their basic organisational skills were non existant.ie no cups, no spoons ,no knivesetc...basic utensils were not available at each meal and requests for... more

Just returned from a stay at the Kervan. It does not betray it's rating as a budget hotel. OK it is in a good position, the pool area is alright and the rooms are clean, but that's about it. The food is very inconsistent . At best average , generally poor choice , occasionally cold . Bar and restaurant staff... more

Stayed for a week with my wife at the end of June, and here are my views: Stairs - due to Kervan being on a slope, Reception (at ground level) is on the 2nd floor. Pool & restaurant (at the back of the hotel) is on the ground floor, so wherever your room is, you will have to 'do' stairs.... more

The better half and i stayed at the kervan for seven days in june this year, i have been on last minute deals to turkey in the past so pretty much knew what to expect. Arrived at 3 am, we were booked in in 5 mins and our bags taken to our room straight away with no fuss. The pool... more
