I stayed here with my boyfriend for a week from 23rd November. I appreciate it is out of season but the hotel was very quiet and had virtually no entertainment so if you're looking for a busier place then this is not the hotel for you at this time of year. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom was ample. Weather... More

Most of the staff could not even care about the clients. Most of them walk around like zombies, they don't clear tables in the dining room at meal times,When we checked in after a very long day traveling the guy on reception was very unprofessional and unsure what to do when several guests arrived and he was very abrupt with a family... we stayed at the Seher sun palace resort and spa for 10 days. the hotel was fantastic, there are many different swimming pools you can choose from, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff always say hello to you and there was a lot of food cooked perfectly to choose form. it was a 5-10 minute walk from the... We had half board with a package trip. The room was nice; but the sound insolation not sufficient to keep us from waking up at 6:15 AM, when the muezzin startet bleating from a nearby minaret. We had a nice balcony, where we could sit in the warm evening. The buffet dinner was not exiting, and not really hot. The... More

I stayed here from 2nd nov- 9th all inclusive. The hotel itself is very modern and clean, but let down by incredibly bad service. The receptionist's are rude, me and my partner wasn't even welcomed on arrival, we was grunted at! The bar staff shouted at my partner and refused to serve us another drink because there was empty glasses... More

Positives: Clean hotel, modern, comfortable and good value for money. Food and drink fine, with plenty of variety, all served by friendly staff. Nice clean pool with plenty of sunbeds. Improvement opportunities: Staff in bars and restaurant seem to spend a little too much time on their mobile phones when they should be working leading to standards of service dropping.... More

We were here for 1 week - 29/10 to 5/11 - and do not have anything serious to moan about! Yes it is quite German orientated - but the majority of guests are German and we knew this before we went so didn't expect anything different. I found all staff friendly and accommodating, despite the little English, and had no... More

We stayed here for one week from October 26 to Nov 2nd via Thomas Cook. My first impression of the hotel was awful, there is no ramp up to the hotel to pull suitcases just stairs and no bell boy to take them up. Receptionist spoke very, very little English, this hotel caters in the main for Germans. I did... More

13 October-27 October 2014 Well where to start, the hotel itself is immaculate and very well decorated. The reception staff are ignorant and never smile or speak to you unless you are from Germany. There is very little in the vicinity of the hotel apart from shop after shop selling copy clothing (of very poor standard) there is no bars... More

Our first holiday in Turkey was booked with Thomas Cook at the Sun Palace. We wanted a good value holiday before the long winter months in the UK. The service provided by Thomas Cook was good. The flight was on time flying out and returning. I must say the inflight meal coming back was one of the best I have... More
