Nice little hotel, very clean & comfortable, just beware of being put in room 300, by lift,, as very small, no balcony and hear all the noise from people up and down stairs & lift....just a shame we hadn't known when booking that this hotel mainly catered for the Russians (who are extremely rude, loud and obnoxious) & Europeans, there... We decided to have a family holiday with our 20 year old son, we didn't want party party party but knew he may get bored so needed a holiday to meet all needs and it did. On arrival we were greeted and given some food and drink despite it being 0130 in the morning, unfortunately it took some time for... More

Great hotel very clean. Bar staff can be a bit arrogant, but isn't that usually the case at all inclusive resorts! Generally though staff are friendly an helpful, we were even greeted with a drink as soon as we arrived. Nice to mix with a range of nationalities here to. Food was pretty good. Would definately recommend the walk up... More

I have never met such rude people from any nation in my life. Apologies if you are Russian reading this but this hotel was predominately Russian and they had no respect or manners for anyone. I would like to met a nice Russian person to change my opinion. This hotel felt like it was Russia's Butlins in the 1930's. The... More

We arrived at the hotel at around 2am, we were greeted and offered food and drink. Our room was lovely and clean with a shower and two single beds. We had a room with no balcony but we didn't mind that as we didn't spend much time in the room. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and always... More

We wanted a small family run Turkish hotel and the Grand Viking hotel didn't disappoint. We arrived on the Sunday afternoon, room was on top floor, lovely clean room with clean bed and bathroom. Food was typically turkish which is what we wanted, great pancakes made to order 6 days a week beside the pool. Lots of sunbeds, hotel ran... More

First time to turkey and were pleased with our choice. Hotel was exactly as described. Excellent courtesy bus service to and from Centre. Food was tasty but would have liked descriptions as hard to tell what it was from looking, however this made you try things you might otherwise not have so maybe a good thing. Rooms smaller than expected... More
