From the moment we entered the hotel, we were overly welcomed by the reception staff and felt very welcomed and comfortable after a long flight and travel. Despite arriving late, we have food reserved for us and we felt like we were at home from the moment we got in. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and extremely... More

We had a very spacious family room, with separate bedroom and very large bathroom. As always everywhere was spotlessly clean, there are numerous choices for food, remembering this is a Turkish hotel and the delicious food reflects this. The vegetable choice, always fresh is amazing, the kebabs on 'special' nights delicious and the food in general including the salads/pastas always... More

We where a family with 11 persons living there in sept 2014. It was one of our worst experience ever!! First they gave us rooms in the annex, it was so so small! You had to tuch the beds with your legs to come through and walk out to the balcony. The smell was awful, like dead animals... They change... More

After getting dropped off at the wrong hotel at 3am, we had to then get a taxi to this one, and it was awful. The room was more than adequate and the reception staff were good, however it was full of Russians and Scandinavians who were the rudest bunch of people I've ever come across. I'm a chef and have... Ok looking hotel and really clean. Could do with a touch up here and there, but you can hold your head up when being picked up or dropped off. Staff were always polite and ready to have a joke with you. They all work very hard all day long for the benefit of their guests. There are Reps in the... More

Nice little hotel, very clean & comfortable, just beware of being put in room 300, by lift,, as very small, no balcony and hear all the noise from people up and down stairs & lift....just a shame we hadn't known when booking that this hotel mainly catered for the Russians (who are extremely rude, loud and obnoxious) & Europeans, there... We decided to have a family holiday with our 20 year old son, we didn't want party party party but knew he may get bored so needed a holiday to meet all needs and it did. On arrival we were greeted and given some food and drink despite it being 0130 in the morning, unfortunately it took some time for... More

Great hotel very clean. Bar staff can be a bit arrogant, but isn't that usually the case at all inclusive resorts! Generally though staff are friendly an helpful, we were even greeted with a drink as soon as we arrived. Nice to mix with a range of nationalities here to. Food was pretty good. Would definately recommend the walk up... More

I have never met such rude people from any nation in my life. Apologies if you are Russian reading this but this hotel was predominately Russian and they had no respect or manners for anyone. I would like to met a nice Russian person to change my opinion. This hotel felt like it was Russia's Butlins in the 1930's. The... More
