This was our 3rd visit to Kalkan and the first time we have stayed in such a small hotel but what a delight! Previously we've stayed at the Club Xanthos, much larger and great views but just too far from town if you don't want to be dependant on taxis. The Asiyan is perfectly located just an easy 10 minute walk... more

Excellent service from Bahran and his team. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable and the furniture quite basic. The location was very convenient for walking into the town centre - 10 minutes. The pool and garden were lovely, quiet and very relaxing. I liked the fact that even when the hotel was full, it did not feel crowded. We... more

This hotel truly is fantastic. My mum & I have been to Kalkan a few times, but this was the first year we stayed in Asiyan. A perfect location, a few minutes walk to the centre - great not having to rely on public transport! The photo doesn't do this hotel justice - it is beautiful and the rooms are... more

The Asiyan is a small, simple and stylish hotel owned and managed by Baran. His aim, to provide a high quality service to all his guests ensured that our stay was relaxed, calm and peaceful. The Asiyan is quietly situated just above the old town and only a short stroll from the many restuarants and shops, so unlike most other... more

My husband and I spent 10 perfect days in this great hotel. That was our 2nd trip to Kalkan but we stayed at Asiyan for the first time. Asiyan is very near to the center of Kalkan & harbour but at the same time it is a very isolated place in the center of the town. Not only the location, the rooms, big&clean pool, peaceful garden, breakfast etc.. were definitaley great.... more

We had endured a stressful few months and wanted a break that would recharge our batteries. That is exactly what we got at the Asiyan. Baran, the owner, and his team work incredibly hard to ensure all their guests enjoy their stay and he is always open to suggestions on how to improve the service at the hotel. All the... more

The Asiyan is a small, intimate hotel with 8 rooms and 4 suites. We booked a suite for 6 nights and were very impressed with the communication we got from Baran (the owner) when we were booking. Our suite was spotless and had more than enough storage space for our clothes and luggage. The staff were incredibly attentive at all... more

I purposely delayed writing a review so that I wouldn't jot a list of tributes down whilst in the immediate glow of a brilliant holiday... ... but two weeks after returning to the UK I can still honestly say that the Asiyan is an absolute gem of a hotel and that I will defintely return at some point in the... more

My boyfriend and I were in desperate need of relaxation and while staying at the Asiyan that is exactly what we got! The hotel was nice and small - it only has 12 rooms. And despite the hotel being full on some of the days we were there, it was so tranquil and relaxing. Some days there was only us... more

It is one of the nicest hotels in Kalkan. The right place for rest. This hotel has 12 rooms. The rooms are very clean, well furnished and equipped with an air-conditioning. It is pleasantly quiet and invites to take it easy. The owner and Maneger is to be formed anxiously to the guests the stay so pleasantly as possible. A... more
