Without doubt the friendliest Hotal we have ever stayed in. Superb staff, wonderful pool, lovely breakfast with the other guests. This is like staying with your best friends in lovely surroundings. Only a short walk into the lovely little town of Kalkan with its boutique shops, restaurants and harbour. Book your boat trip the day before and enjoy the panorama... More

Firstly, apologies to Zuhal for not writing this review sooner! Here it is as promised... My husband and I stayed at the lovely Hotel Asiyan for one week in August for our mini-moon (we were then joined by two other couples who were also on their honeymoons which made it even more memorable). Hotel Asiyan is a gorgeous boutique hotel... More

I am a little late adding this review to trip adviser, but hopefully the comments I make will help for the future. My husband & I read many of the reviews before booking, & were there for 14 nights from the 29th. September. I was a little worried about the climate but I needn't have worried, it was still very... Small rooms, no restaurant, no inside bar so why the high rating? It's the location and the staff that make all the difference here. Kalkan is very hilly and we had sympathy for those staying in hotels on the periphery of the town. The Asiyan is a 5 minute stroll to the shops, restaurants and harbour. Second, and maybe more... This was our 1st visit to the Asiyan Hotel, and Kalkan and must say it far exceeded our expectations. It is a delightful small family run hotel located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of the picturesque town with it's abundance of small shops bars and restaurants. The owners and staff are really welcoming and treat you as part of... More

All I can do is re-iterate the comments below and say how lovely this hotel is, the service, accommodation, tranquillity, it was a haven to return to after one's day out. Kalkan was such a picturesque village and there was plenty to see and do in the vicinity. There is only one thing maybe to mention is that it would... More

We stayed here for just 3 nights after spending two weeks on a yacht and it was a wonderful relaxing tonic! The hotel is located in a quiet area a little above the centre of Kalkan but within easy walking distance. The hotel is secluded and has approx 12-14 comfortable rooms, all overlooking the pool and with just a glimpse of... We returned to the same great experience as last year (as covered in my review "Brilliant" 12 August 2013) On arrival, we relaxed immediately - it was as if we had never been away! The owners and staff greeted us warmly remembering details of our previous visit. Tuna and Zuhal are always friendly and helpful and speak good English. We heard... More

Having just arrived back from 10 days in Kalkan with my partner, Hotel Asiyan really was the ideal place for us to have stayed in. We chose this hotel based on the countless positive reviews here on tripadvisor, and it really did live up to every single one of them. When we initially arrived, we were greeted immediately at the... More
