We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Asiyan for a couple of weeks, we had a suite overlooking the gardens and pool. The owner, his family and their staff, cannot do enough for you, always professional and polite, they make you feel as if you are staying with friends. The hotel, which was originally their family holiday home,... More

Surely the friendliest, most hospitable hotel we have stayed in. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel like one of the family. Only a small hotel, 12 rooms, but absolutely charming. Perfectly situated for this beautiful little village. We had a superior room (201) on side of hotel, bags of storage, small balcony, king size bed (but... More

The Asiyan is a small, but wonderful hotel, with a great location, being only 5 minutes away from the centre of town. The staff are absolutely brilliant and very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The room and bathroom are slightly on the small side, however the pool and grounds make up for this! Thank you again to the wonderful... More

Our second visit to this hotel was as good as the first ( 2012 ) We were treated with great kindness and friendliness as before, and nothing was too much trouble. We felt amongst friends, and would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting an easy, relaxing holiday in an ideal location.

I have just stayed at the Asiyan for the second time this year. Myself, my wife, our son and his girlfriend stayed in July and my wife and myself have just returned after a week in October. Clearly as we have gone back so soon, we rate the hotel highly. The owners and their team are wonderful people and although... More

We spent happy 10 days in this cute nice small hotel. In our opinion the hotel is very well placed, close to everywhere in Kalkan. Breakfast was buffet style and fresh. The hotel is not serving dinner but it has a small and tasty lunch menu with reasonable prices in comparison to the town. The pool was large, sunbeds were... More

Stayed for a week in October. Excellent location being just a five minute walk from the town centre without having to encounter the very steep hill many Kalkan visitors endure. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was very basic and the bathroom very small. We found the bed to be hard and quite uncomfortable. On a... More

What can I say.....perfection!!! This boutique hotel is in a quiet location, yet within easy walking distance of the old town, harbour and restaurants. Nothing is too much trouble, you are treated as family friends. There is a lovely pool/garden area to sun worship, if that's what you want. A pool bar, for whatever you wish to drink. Breakfasts are... More

Just returned from our holiday in Kalkan. It is our second visit to this hotel. We were staying in private local villa but asked to use the facilities and were very welcomed. The pool is beautiful and very peaceful. The food was very nice for lunch yesterday. Lovely reading area in the main reception and very friendly bar staff. It... More

Following a week sailing on a Gulet my wife and I with an old friend spent 5 nights here on B & B terms. The owner couple and their four key staff are unusually welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service and help with bookings etc. The hotel is very quiet, set in a pleasant garden with a very large infinity...
