Just returned from the Delphin Palace and was most impressed. Staff overall very good , no need to wait for a drink in the bars or by the pool. We tended to sunbathe in the relax pool area and this was just fine . Tried the a la carte resaurants several times and thought they were excellent. No problem booking... More

Great hotel, probably the best from the chain. Good food, good staff, everithing you need. Few things to improve: -guest relationship: 2 young girls needed to updated how to treat customers (non-germans ones) -shopping area: standard turkish immitations non matching a 5* hotel (you can find outside the same goods for half price if you negotiate -few TV channels

Location :- Poor - This area has only been developed in the last 6 years, so you dont have nay places to eat outside of the hotels, all the shops are fake goods, like t-shirts, bags, shoes and watches and rings etc. Mainly hotels and high rise apartment blocks. Location 4/10 Shops - So expensive its untrue. Can of coke... More

It is just the little things that let this hotel down. The lay out makes the area by the main pool and bar very crowded. Too many people in too small an area. All the bars close too early at midnight except the one off the lobby. This made it very busy after midnight. Butlins type entertainment in this bar... More

Ludkily our children escaped the ear infections but we did witness... More

Stayed at this hotel for two weeks in August 08 and had a wonderful time, four people in our party including two children aged 7 and 2. We arrived at the hotel at 1am and the check in was so fast we were in our room within 10 minutes. Reception suggested ordering room service if we wanted anything to eat,... More
