When myself and my mum booked our holiday we were to stay in the Kleopatra Beach hotel but when we arrived at the hotel at 6.30am we were told that we would be moving to a different 4 star hotel which was much better. The Hotel was really bad. We got foodpotioned by the dinner and the turkish bath(hamam) was really dirty. The gym didnt work and we had to pay for our own toiletpaper. They also charged us 14 euros for a towel they ment was to dirty and we had to pay for a safe we never got a key for. This... more
