Very very big and comfortable hotel with great atmosphere, great food, good menu in the restaurant and bars. The view from my room is amazing, the hotel is situated next to the sea shore, so every morning and evening here is something incredible. Absolutely outstanding staff, a special mention from the bar Umut and Ali Always helpful and smiling persons!... More

I went to this Hotel with great expectations from reading the reviews, well that didn't work out!! The Hotel is in a great location with plenty of amenities, The problem was that hardly any of them were open. I was not informed beforehand that ALL of the facilities would not be open. There were three A La Carte restaurants but only... More

Went first week in April and weather was not great which is not the Hotels fault but meant we spent more time inside. Food was average and the staff with a few exceptions were very friendly. Not a great deal to do there and the hotel is a bit tired. Would not recommend for a long holiday.

We recently stayed at the Kervansaray Hotel for a family holiday. The food was lovely the whole time we were there- there is enough choice so that there is something everyone will eat. The staff are friendly and speak multi languages- which was useful. The pool snack bar was poor, so I would recommend eating in the main restaurant at... More

Close to the airport (40 Turkish Liras by metered taxi). The meals are very good. The staff are polite. Rooms are spacious with 4 English-language TV channels. The balcony with a magnificent Mediterranean sea view. The adjacent air-conditioned convention center is well-equipped for conferences and fairs. The main drawback is paid wi-fi (15 TL per day) with access from 1... More

Old hotel with dirty rooms. Had to call the room service to clean the bathroom again right after I checked in.You could literally hear the person next door puking. Thats how thin the walls are. No sense of air conditioning. There is no king size bed, there is only hooked up single beds which they offer as king size bed.... More

It's huge. It has an ambience of resort on famous sea beach. But it's a hotel. It's floor is made of glass that is colored with light emanating. It had nice boutiques. Nice sculpture. Royal lifts, numerous. It's food, breakfast and lunch and dinner are superb. A must stay while in Antalya. Rooms are spacious fitted with all amenities. With... More

Luckily for me, only here for a 3-day work conference - if I had to spend 2 weeks on holiday, I'd be seriously depressed! Such a weird design - nothing made sense. Dull brown bedroom doors off endless dull corridors that made it feel like a prison. Strange red light along floor of bedrooms and the same strange ticker-tape red... More
