We found this place to be fantastic. We booked it through an agent in Istanbul (never do anything through an Istanbul agent) who messed up our booking. We arrived at 7am in the morning (after an overnight bus ride from Goreme) to find that we weren't expected though they didn't actually tell us that. They gave us a room straight-away.... more
