The staff at the Alem Regency is pleasant and helpful. You can have breakfast either in the restaurant or outside by the pool. My fiance and I stayed at the Alem Egency for 6 nights. The hotel was better than what the photos displayed and is currently expanding/remodling in the rear of the facility, we didn't hear any of it though. The staff were very nice, helpful and attentive.
