This hotel is soooo old at all aspects. It's like an old man still living his twenties with his old collapsing body. Even the music playing around its facilities is from the eighties or I don't know when. At the restaurants u get no service at all so don't expect anything or any kind of help & that basically applies... More

So, I am going to start by saying that I am not fussy by any means.. I read the reviews after booking Falez hotel and assured my partner that it would be fine, and that "people will moan about anything these days" Gosh was I wrong. This review will probably be quite long so if you don't have time to... More

Because we have to leave the hotel very early, a group of 37 people, we have promised to have breakfast before we go... BUT it was the poor breakfast ever.. Consist of bread, butter 3 kinds of marmelade, cookies, oliwes and tea and coffee.. Thats it... No juice, no tomatoes, no chease no nothing of any that belongs to breakfast or... More

We stayed one night, it is reasonably central and 30 mins from the airport - that suited our 07:00 departure. Busy coach party buffet meal.. most people seemed to be struggling to catch the wine waiters' eyes to order or pay, so we didn't bother trying. Food was OK, room was clean enough but plaster on one wall had split... More

We stayed one night on the 12th floor. The view was super, overlooking the very busy city and the Med. Sea. Found the hotel average enough, room ok. bathroom grubby, tiles and grout could do with a revamp. Found the food disappointing, had dinner and breakfast there.Service was good, eventhough staff didnt have much English.

We stayed just one night on the 10th floor with amazing views. The food was the best we'd had all week, we were on a tour. The beach is close by and there were brilliant views all across the sea. Would like to stay here for a week or longer.

This well fitted and well run hotel is quite central and offered good food and service. The rooms were well appointed and we were on the 12th floor reached by the fastest lift I have ever been on. Good meals and large buffets with reasonably priced drinks made it a welcome stop over for us. We are considering a longer... More

I stayed for one night as part of a package deal, on a half board basis. On arrival we were dealt with quickly and efficiently, then around to the lifts which are situated in an enormous cathederal like lounge/bar/shop area which was so uncomfortably sparse and huge that yu just felt like getting to your room as soon as possible.... terribly dirty (in all places) hotel. Waiters - in the form of a dirty, they are surly. Flies fly in flocks - so navozmodzhno dine in the open air. Almost none of the staff do not speak English - and it is not surprising, since the hotel is full of Russian tourists. they stole our towel on the beach. Small... More
