My husbands family live in Antalya - so we wanted to stay somewhere close but with enough to do around us - The hotel is wonderfully situated but that is all there is good to say about it! The hotel itself is a lovely building but the facilities and service could not possibly reach beyond a 2 star so if... more

I loved this hotel. I'm shocked at the negative reviews about this hotel on this site but my partner and i thought this hotel was fabulous. Room - Very spacious, clean, comfortable and the view from the balcony overlooking the beach and sheraton hotel was amazing. The room fridge was topped up everyday. Meals - We went half board. Breakfast... more

Worst hotel ever, staff were rude, breafast was raw eggs and pancakes with sweat dripping on them from the young boy and women , if you did not want to wait in the queue for 15mins. If your not russian stay away as it is a hotel just for them. Entertainment in the day was all spoken russian until we... more

We just came back from the Falez hotel (oct 2008). In one sentence: DON'T GO THERE!!! Me and my husband are just married and know Antalya as a very good place to have a relaxing vacation. After we have been in some of other 5 stars hotel in Antalya (and had wonderful expereience), we thought this hotel will be the... more

We stayed 3 days mid September and were really pleasantly surprised by just about everything. Great value at £20pppn half board in a superior room with sea view - a fraction of what the Sheraton charges next door and the facilities here are in many cases as good! Highlights: Nice room and bathroom Fantastic pool area with huge pool Restaurant... more

Myslef, my wife and two friends arrived for a long weekend at the Falez on 8th August at 6.30am after a long flight from the Glasgow. Obviously we were not expecting a room to be waiting for us at this time and proceeded to check-in where were advised by quite a friendly clerk our rooms should be available at 11.00... more

I read some reviews of this place before I went as to be honest was a little downheartned by what I read but decided to see for myself. Sorry to say that every bad review is true!! Lets start with the good points - the rooms are ok; pools ok; hotel's not too far from the beach; tram stop nearby... more

My husband and I have just returned from a 10 holiday staying All Inclusive at the Ozkaymak Falez Hotel which is allegedly 5*. I was there recovering from a very bad road traffic accident back in January and wanted somewhere to be pampered and relax. We had paid for a seaview and balcony - on arrival we had a triangle... more

What idiots! The management and staff have a wonderful oppurtunity to compete with the Sheraton Hotel next door, however they choose to be ignorant and lazy in offering a five star service. On arrival the staff tried to palm four of us in a studio suite with one sleeping on a mattress on the floor despite the fact that we had... more

This hotel was not what we expected at all. Last year we went to the Ozkaymak Marina in Kemer and everything was perfect. So we expected the same from a sister hotel - NOT! Staff not very pleasant at all infact some were quite rude. They didn't speak much English. Rooms were ok cleaned everyday but balcony very small or... more
