I loved this hotel. The location is what you would expect from a beach area. The service was great. The rooms beautiful. The food amazing. I loved the spa on the 10th floor which is women only. Would stay here again.

On the beach - pebbles - but ok via tunnel. Pool lovely. Service slow and awkward. Do not use spa or beauty facilities. Rough and no expertise. Electrics dodgy - kettle shorted twice. Food ok. Entertainment / piano and music very good. Room ok but not as good as expected from Crowne Plaza.

If you can, avoid it. It has good infrastructure and is good value-for-money. However, service is very poor, impersonal and money (not customer) oriented. Avoid by any means the spa. It's a joke and a cheat. They ask you to pay in advance and they don't give you what you have paid for. In general, this hotel is not recommended.
