This hotel is horrible.. Its too far from center of Alanya, staff doesnt speak English, food is terrible, beach is terrible.. In the evening there is a show in hotel, om Russian.. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!! More

“The worst hotel on earth”

I was presented with 4 star hotel with excellent recommendations from the agency and was deeply disappointed when I actualy got there. Cheap, dirty and falling apart. Nobody speaks any other language except Turkish and Rusian. Does not deserve 2 stars. Not worth spending a penny. Total disaster. My holiday was completely ruined. Terrible service. Complete failure of a hotel. More

My girlfriend booked a double room at Bone Club Hotel in Alanya. I've reached the hotel and they didn't let me in. The staff doesn't speak English, German or Italian (ok, to be honest, they called somebody who did speak a little German, after I bugged the security guy for about ten minutes).
