We were there 5 nights and everything was good. The hotel is in the city center, so close to everything. The food was really good (but I'm not spoiled, I like every normal quality food if somebody cook it instead of me :D ), the room was big and compfortable. The balcony was nice and peaceful. The bathroom was big... More

Location is great on the one hand - short distance to both beaches, harbour, restaurants etc. But since it's on the main street, it's very noicy at night. Also the the wall of the rooms seemed to be very thin because were on the second floor and all night we could hear the sound from the lobby. The bed was... More

Although this hotel is okay as to amenities it had the hardest bed I have ever slept on. The breakfast was good and the people were friendly but that bed was awful. The hotel is located on the main street in Alanya (Ataturk Blvd.) and is a few blocks from the shoreline. It was a bit creepy when we arrived... More

Hotel is definitely better than the other reviews suggest - at least during low season. Large gap between door and floor (1 in) is a little bit disturbing during the night (light and sound get through), but interior is in good shape.

The staff is not good at their job. Especially the woman working at the reception desk was very rude. I had a single room with two beds and when I was back to my room from beach, I saw some stuff and bags which belongs to some other client. So, they had put somebody else to my room without my... lt was the first time that our tour company (Nazar) was sending guests to this hotel. After many complains it transferred all its clients to Pegasos Resort, a five star hotel. This might give you a hint of how frustrated we were with the place. When we arrived at night my daughters bed was not available so she had to... More

I was really disappointed with the stuff of this hotel- I mean the female receptionost. She was really rude to us, during our check out she charged us for the knob that was broken. The thing is it got broken iwhile opening the door, so it wasnt done on purpose. It could have happened to anybody else. It was really... More

Just back an got to say, a good hotel, food was good, a little basic but it is a 3 star. Could always find something good to eat, only suggestion would be to get a toaster for the breakfast. Rooms are basic but were always clean, free air con an tv (though no British channels). It is a 15 minute... More

Very centrally located hotel near to dozens of restaurants and pubs also to supermarkets.Clean ensuite-rooms with basic amenities.A/C is working enough,Their meals are basic but good and tasty.I think the personnel of the restaurant was changed and there were no body to looking an opportunity from the tourists.Though not near to beaches around 15 minutes by walking or, you can...
