Everything must have changed since the bad reviews in 2013. The hotel is perfectly located, close to a beach that runs for miles in both directions, close to local shops and a 20 minute walk along the beach or road to Alanya town. Pools in the shade a lot of the time which makes the water cooler than the sea... More

We spent there around a week and everything was ok. Food was good, rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was helpful. There was nothing to complain about. Hotel was very close to small shops and Banana Beach - city center was easy to reach with dolmus

Quite simply the most shockingly, disgusting, excuse for a hotel that I have ever seen. The rooms are filthy with dirty sheets, dirty bathrooms, wires hanging out of electrical sockets, dirty showers, no hot water at night, poor choice of and unhygienic, uneatable food.We left after one night, had it not been for the fact that we arrived in the early house... No way a 3 star, After spending 14 nights... they evacuated us from our room with 2 infants at 12:00 pm when our flight was at 02:35 am after midnight. even though we requested late checkout. My view is they overbooked AS A RESULT OF GREED as many other people were complaining of waiting for room 4 hours or so.... More

The hotel was not what you expect for a European 3 star but it was also not the same price so it did meet expectations. Being allocated a room in a different building several blocks away with no all inclusive type facilities seems common practice in this hotel when you first arrive. This is very annoying when it happens to... More

This was our third visit to Alanya, and we are the type of people that just make the best of a situation regardless of what somewhere may be like. The hotel is very well located, in our opinion, it suits us very much as we are familiar with Alanya and the places we like to go. On our arrival the... More

My husband and I have just returned from a 10 day holiday September 2013 at this hotel. On arrival at 3am. We were taken three blocks down the road to an room with five beds all of which looked grubby, you couldn't open the bathroom door because it hit the toilet and you had to almost step over the toilet... I have got back yesterday and don't know what's going on with the bad reviewed. The rooms are a bit dated, but the food was great (admittedly not chips with everything) but why go abroad if that's what you want. The persons moaning about the towels must be the size of a house because whilst they aren't bath sheets which... More

We have just come back from a week at the millennium park and we had a great time. I spend a lot of time reading trip advisor reviews before booking and some people are just ignorant! If you are looking for a full English breakfast and burger and chips this is not the hotel for you but the food is... More
