The food was good considering my brother has been their for the second vacation in a row, the service is a big challenge, where some servers will be only running after girls and putting customers behind. Only few staffs are truly delivering the good service, the pool during day time is very busy.

Had a very nice peppered steak accompanied by vegatables and fries also rice. It was cooked perfectly and I was able to consume it with my new dentures. I think that says it all. The restaurant was nice but the music was a little too loud for conversation

Some of the stuff was treating the young girls at the pool bad, [...] grabbing and then they tried to make the girls go out with then by night, not to good to have that type of stuff. If you stay at Okan Tower you must be prepared to get a lot of attention. Especially if you are a girl, but all people around the pool are regulary bothered by the waiters. The music seems only to be enjoyed by the waiters.

The appt was comfortable, plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. Cleaned daily. The reception staff during the day always had a smie and were willing to help.
