On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and asked to complete a registration form with our passport details etc. Our rooms weren't quite ready but were told that we could use the facilities of the hotel whilst we waited. We only had to wait about an hour for our rooms to become available, but it was well worth the... More

Clean, good position on the beach, lovely food at all times, especially the small restaurant close to the beach for lighter lunch or afternoon tea. Drinks not so good as all local brands, but still we found a few we liked. Evening entertainment is what you make of it, they all work hard to please However!! The noise around the... More

Just returned from a week at this hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our room was clean and kept that way all week by our lovely cleaner Aliyah. Fresh towels when needed and also bedding changed when requested by placing a cardboard notice on the bed. Staff are very friendly and reception staff very efficient and helpful and speak good English.... More

Stayed at this hotel with wife and fifteen year old son from 24th August 2014 t0 4th Sept 2014. Sorry for the long review. No problems with Thomas Cook flight from Manchester (except screaming kids). On arrival at Enfidha airport, joined queue, as got near front, were told we had to fill out immigration cards, which no one on the... More

I stayed here for a week with my partner and my fifteen year old daughter from the 13th August to the 20th August. The outbound flight with Thomas Cook was very good and we arrived fifteen minutes early. However due to the fact that they ran out of landing cards at East Midlands we was required to fill them in... As a family of 10 ageing between 15 to 55 when we arrived we were all a bit tired and irritable because we had a very smooth journey until we went to board our coach to the hotel but had to hang around for another hour and half for other flights to come in to get their coach transfer with... More

I stayed here from 9th July for a couple of weeks with my boyfriend and 23 year old daughter. The hotel is very welcoming and the rooms are large, clean and fresh. Efficient and quiet air conditioning and the maids do a wonderful job. The corridors are a bit tired but not too shabby. The restaurant is what you would... More

I just arrived back from a week away and I have to say it was a lovely relaxing holiday. When we booked the holiday we asked for a double room, upper floor if possible and quiet. They ticked all those boxes and we were very pleased with our hotel room and the view. The hotel itself was nice though spread... More
