Stayed at this Hotel May 2009 for one week and would happily have stayed for much longer. Rooms comfortable and cleaned daily. Staff very friendly except at breakfast where chaos rules. Evening meals lovely with plenty of choice. Excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to Port and shops. more

The criteria tocompare holidays/hotels in different locations is very wide. But if you take cost as one of the more significant points into account it is difficult to beat Tunisia. I have stayed in a fair number of Four star hotels in UK and Europe and Marhaba Palace compares very favourably, and on price is probably the best value possible.... more

Don't raise your hopes too high and you won't be disappointed. By the time you arrive at the hotel, you'll already have a flavour of Tunisia - total confusion at the airport, queueing and filling out visas etc. You'll soon have to do the same again, joining about 4 different queues before checking in - one for money exchange followed... more
