The transfer is supposed to be 35 minutes …. It’s not …. both to and from the airport took over 90 minutes. Reception from the hotel was not warm and the room I was given I would not expect a dog to sleep in. The stench of mould was appalling; there were ants, two dead cockroaches beside the bed and... My boyfriend and I decided to go to Tunisia for a nice relaxing holiday however, this did not seem to be the case due to the hotel being so poor!! We arrived at the hotel and the staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. Our hotel room was dirty, old and very shabby we even had to go to the local shop... More

Sold as 4:5 star we looked forward 2 the charm of Tunisia& some luxury. However the hotel is grotty, unclean. All inc start drinking at 9 am & in the evening had to q for 20 mins for drinks. Food repetitive & dull. Entertainment appalling. Tours pricey - we went out and sourced our own. Nearby port much better

Wasn't going to write a review but felt I had to with all the negative comments I've read. The hotel was really nice. The rooms were basic but very clean. The rooms were cleaned daily and we always had clean towels. The food was good. I'm a vegetarian but always found something to eat. The salads were fresh and lovely... More

Not a 5* but everyone knows that most foreign hotels are below the star standard we expect. It was an OK holiday. When we arrived we were given ground floor room with single beds and a balcony facing a wall but asked to be moved and the following day we were moved to a better room. Everything about this hotel... Arrived back last week after a 10 night stay. As previous reviews this hotel is more like a poor 3*. Being a vegetarian family and having visited Hammamet 2 years ago and not having problem with food we thought we would have a similar experience again...but how wrong were we. There was nothing for us except pasta and chips at... More

I do not understand who give 5 stars at this hotel. In the rooms there was a not igienic moquette, the staff apart from the reception is really rude and not listening to you ever. If you don't give tips, forget a good service. I'm speechless.

I'm not sure where to start, and probably will not dwell too much into it, so briefly: we just came back from a week in the barking Tunisian sun (38, 39 degrees most days) and I am for once, relieved to be back home (UK). This is at the most a 3 star hotel, but I'll give a 2 star... More
