Not a 5* but everyone knows that most foreign hotels are below the star standard we expect. It was an OK holiday. When we arrived we were given ground floor room with single beds and a balcony facing a wall but asked to be moved and the following day we were moved to a better room. Everything about this hotel... Arrived back last week after a 10 night stay. As previous reviews this hotel is more like a poor 3*. Being a vegetarian family and having visited Hammamet 2 years ago and not having problem with food we thought we would have a similar experience again...but how wrong were we. There was nothing for us except pasta and chips at... More

I do not understand who give 5 stars at this hotel. In the rooms there was a not igienic moquette, the staff apart from the reception is really rude and not listening to you ever. If you don't give tips, forget a good service. I'm speechless.

I'm not sure where to start, and probably will not dwell too much into it, so briefly: we just came back from a week in the barking Tunisian sun (38, 39 degrees most days) and I am for once, relieved to be back home (UK). This is at the most a 3 star hotel, but I'll give a 2 star... More

this is not a 5 star hotel. in the first room we got the toilet was not working, could not lock the terrace windows and the minibar did not work. we switched rooms and got a much nicer room, in this room with a view over the highway. there was much noise from other hotels and the traffic. we found... Ok. Just back from a week stay with my 3 yr old daughter and my wife. Would I stay here again?? Yes, I would. Here are my top comments:- 1. The accommodation we had allocated was clean and acceptable for a weeks' stay. Some of the decor was dated and we did not look at the superior upper level rooms,... More

I stayed in June, not my choice as I was with a group. I had stayed before (4 other times) and can only say it has deteriorated. Although marked as a 5 star, I appreciate it is a different rating system to Ireland. Main problems- dirty pool area, plastic cups in pool, unimaginative food buffets, insufficient water at breakfast, it... More

First comment is this is not a 5* hotel. Check in was efficient and quick and room was ready on arrival although our junior suite did not have 2 beds for our children, this was however rectified straight away without any fuss. We did have a small issue with our our room door lock which took a few days to... More

Booked this hotel without much thought, the arangement was for 14 nights, which I loved, and it was a 5 star hotel with a nice value for money on paper. I took the all inclusive as I got addicted to it in Egypt. I wasn't dissapointed, rooms were clean, view of the pool was nice (if you get it), pool... More
