Staff are great, the place is clean and calm, the food just what we anticipated. Wireless in the lobby with free access. Thanks to a kind friend who sent us here fr a much needed break, we're gradually beginning to feel rested and restored. It honestly helps that I'm here with my husband and behave respectfully towards everyone. Women alone... More

We had a very disappointing holiday at Monastir Centre, would strongly advise you to avoid it. It is set in a remote, run down area; the small town, the roads and the beaches are full of rubbish and falling down. The 'all inclusive' was very restrictive even to the point that if you wanted water you were given a really... More

The hotel is a 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, 10-15 minutes from the center of Monastir. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are large, with balcony, but with old furniture, no Wi-Fi, almost all the TV programs are in Arabic. The cleanness in the rooms is OK. The lobby of the hotel is small, but nice. The smoking... More

The hotel is cheap and cheerful to what you pay, it is also very clean and basic the hotel. The food was good and had a few choices. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and they remember your name too, also Max and Sam are lovely people to who is the animation team, they kept you entertained through out... More

The Hotel is ok for what you pay for, I ended up paying just as much as staying at home would cost me. My rooms air conditioning unit was defective (though I heard some of the units in the hotel work). The window of my room was broken too. I didnt want to change rooms since it wasnt too big... More

I spent several nights with friends at the Monastir Center Hotel primarily due to it's location in central Monastir. I'm honestly not terribly impressed. The staff ranged from coolly polite to somewhat abrupt. The facility itself could use some upgrades. the air conditioning hardly worked at all making for very warm nights. The furnishings in the rooms and public areas... More

I had read some reviews (after booking the holiday) and thought we were in for a shocker! I was wrong. The hotel doesn't look too bad and is fairly clean, rooms are basic but then I wasn't looking for anything more comfortable than home. The food was ok, not a big selection but something for most tastes. Quality of food... More

Arrived at the hotel with reservations after reading the reviews, however, we checked in the, the room was large, clean, nice view over the garden/pool had everything we needed. The staff were amazing, the Animateur team (entertainment) made us feel so welcome and the kids had a ball, they learned our names and made us feel welcome. The food is... More

After arriving at Monastir Center we had to wait 5 hours for our room to be ready, this was by no means the hotels fault but because of the previous occupants. We had low expectations on arrival due to what we read on various websites and I think this made our stay more pleasurable. Our room was clean as was... More

The hotel is located in the center of Monastir and sea front line surrounded by shabby residential buildings. The vast majority of hotel visitors are either tunisians or from Algeria/Libia.Please expect noisy street, a lot of smoking people dressed into sportive uniform in the lobby and a high level of dirt. Stay maximum 1 day taking 50g of strong alcohol... More
