The reception staff appeared to be answer with difficulty the simplest request every query appeared complex to them and actions rarely resulted from requests. everything near perfect apart from the food. Plenty of it but often undercooked//bland./not hot enough. A bit off putting to find containers of food, i.e. veg, still out for breakfast the following morning. Very clean, adequately furnished. Pool lovely. Staff a pleasure to chat with.
