When first walked in it was nice we went half board. We was insulted by the reception when we asked where to get something to eat at lunch time after we checked in. My husband is Tunisian, i am english and on several occasions we stayed in the hotel and brought lunch, only to have the director himself say "i... more

We got this on a cheap deal, if you can do the same it comes highly recommended. We had a really great time. Ok so the hotel is full of German tourists who can be pretty rude and like to cover every sunbed with a towel before dawn, and yes some of the staff are a little abrupt but if... more

The hotel needs to be renovated, nothing really functions well. The inside pool is tempered, but the environment is rather poor. Many of the leisure activities (billiard, fitness room, jackuzzi, sauna, etc) cost extra money, and and many of them are incomplete. There is a place to play basket ball, but the ball is not available. The biliard is incomlete,... more

The all inclusive package offered here is a great deal. All the staff are friendly and the restuarant staff are superb (espceially Mons. Chibet). The Tunisian specialities offered in the restaurant are very good and with a different entre being griddled each day as well as a large selection of other options there was no danger of being bored. Tunisian... more

This was the worst vacation I have had, it is not 4 star at best maybe 2 star. Everything is not included. If you wan't to have a water bottle in your room it costs 50 cents. The fridge is empty in the room. Every all inclusive vacation I have been on never was there an empty fridge. It cost... more

Just returned from the El Mouradi with husband and 2 sons (aged 13 & 9) and I wanted to give a really honest opinion - the good and the not so good. Value for money this was excellent, the whole place was very clean, fresh sheets and towels daily and the maids work really hard and are always friendly. Room... more

We booked the El Mouradi in May 08. First impression was the hotel looked a bit dated. No problem getting beds by the pool. The staff at the pool bar were quite un-friendly serving the french and german guests before us even though they were stood behind us. The drinks were served in very small plastic cups so didn't last... more
