We just come back from the Saadia we knew when we booked it that is was a three star. Our problems where firstly we booked our daughter in our room after we had already booked for four of us. I rang them 3 times to confirm and they said it was ok and would be approx £100 when I got... more

it took a few days to adjust to this hotel. The service we experienced from the waiters and the barman were good. they were so friendly and respected you. And we got along great with them. Didn't like the room that much. But we had a big balcony. Couldv'e been cleanaed mor regulary though. The location was good didn;t have... more

Just got back and would never go again!!!. Food was crap, left overs for lunch, cold, always running out of food before the due time. Rooms in poor state, never swept, leaking toilet not cleaned properly, no air con units in some rooms when there should be. Drinks watered down, no currency at reception for exchange. Poor organisation by staff... more

The reception and cleaning staff were very pleasant and helpfull. The al inclusive bar stops at 12 midnight and starts at 10am, the water botte isnt always filled up at night.Whilst we were there their was a wedding on and their was no evening snacks as the hotel manager was entertaining his friends/family and used the staff for his function,... more

Receptionist was brill, gave us a different room away from the noise, animation staff where really funny, if you said no to any activities, they didnt pester you, food started ok then went down hill, it seem to be recycled quite a bit. Rooms basic, air con wasnt switched on til later in the month, cleaned every day, not very... more

Well, we all had a wonderful time. The staff can't do enough for you and the animation team were all so very friendly. The food is good and even my son (36 ) who is very picky always found something to eat. The rooms are a little tired but at the end of the day this is an old hotel... more

As mentioned in other reviews the rooms in this hotel are basic, seems tiling grouting painting and electricals are not high on list of priorities. Best thing about this Hotel is the staff, especially on reception they bent over backwards to find us a room we liked away from the noise of the disco. Worse thing is the constant music,... more

Just got back from 2 weeks stay at the Saadia hotel. It has been closed for refurbishment, opened on 20th March, 2009. There is nothing I could fault about the hotel or it's staff. The food was good, people very friendly, and place exceptionally clean. The rooms are a bit basic, but how much time do you spend in them?... more

My partner and I booked this holiday on a last minute deal, and were very dissappointed to read the negative reviews on this site after paying! To be honest I was dreading going and had very low expectations. However, as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff and were pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so helpful and... more
