Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 11 nights and I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have ever seen. This is rated as a 4 star hotel and personally don't think it should even be a 2 star rating. The hotel is very dirty the rooms are off very low standards with stained beds/pillows... More

We stayed here for a week in August. The air conditioning doesn't work, we had 2 sleepless nights till we had to go get a fan in a local shop as the hotel cant provide you with one. The food and drink was terrible. The surrounding areas were horrible, dirt everywhere, nothing to see or do. We had to travel... More

The animation team are brilliant and defiantly my favourite part of the holiday, they're so much fun. There are a lot of Russians here which aren't very polite but you just ignore them. Food is repetitive but good and nice. Rooms are cleaned daily, staff lovely. I would defiantly come back here again- I loved it and don't want to... More

Overall experience of the hotel is brilliant, all the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome, the food could be better but the animation team made the holiday keeping every member of the holiday entertained.

I've never in my life experienced worse treatment from hotel staff than the one I got at The Delphin Ribat. We were a party of four from Denmark, who have all stayed at many different resort hotels before. We all agreed this one was the worst. Arriving in the middle of the night, the concierge seemed surprised that guests were... More
