Hi. I just returned from the El Medhi Hotel and it was a nightmare. We arrived in the hotel around 1am in the morning, we were shown to our rooms, our room had no blankets to start off with. and was facing a brick wall. We complained to recepion and we were told to wait two days until a group... more

Having read the information in the brochure, and thinking Thomson were a trusted Agent, this seemed like a great place for my son and I to go to. As an all inclusive package, it cost a little more than I really wanted to pay, but decided that with food, snacks and drinks included it probably would work out to be... more

There is no beach bar unless you are prepared to pay for drinks. The food was very basic, not much choice, and also you... more

If you have booked to stay here - change it!! This was a holiday from hell right from the start. The food is awful - cabbage for breakfast. Our son ate nothing but bread for a week. The entertainment ( and I use that term loosely) was rubbish. All in German, very amateurish and so bad we were in bed... more

Out of the 4 families that arrived the same time as my husband my son and I along with our two friends and their daughter, we were the only ones left 3 days onto our holiday, as the others demanded to move hotels. Had we been there for 2 weeks we would have joined them!!! Apart from sharing the room... more

We booked a family room on an all inclusive basis . We were allocated 2 bedrooms one with bath and toilet and the other with shower and toilet which was a bonus. The rooms were basic but had air conditioning and the maid came daily to clean and leave towels and left petals and flowers in the room. The food... more
