We visited on our first Saga holiday, we had such an excellent time going to book again. The Spa was out of this world had 4 days of treatment and felt on top of the world. Food excellent. The trips were also very good.

We went in winter time with our two babies. It was very relaxing, because the hotel was not full. We enjoyed a lot the food there. You can easily find something fitting your own like. The staff was helpful and friendly. The massages offered in the hotel are awesome. I had some back massage from a guy named Naim. He... More

Loved it. Friendly staff, great food, nice and hot! Stayed for a week in July. Only downside there wasn't many excursions available at the time. But loved it never the less. We always found sunbeds by the pool which is great.

Booked four weeks with SAGA taking in Christmas and New Year. I did not know what to expect. What I got was the best holiday I have ever had - so good I'm going back in a few weeks. The hotel is wonderful, spacious, clean and very well staffed and run. The food was superb with so much to choose... More

We stayed here for 1 week at the end of August 2013. Early morning flight from Bournemouth got us in the hotel by 12pm, however there was a problem with the room as the previous occupants had decided to throw a glass at the patio doors. This was reported to reception and messages got lost in translation, however the Rep... More

We stayed for a fortnight in July 2013. I have no complaints about anything within the hotel itself and would definitely stay again. The food was fine, a good choice at all mealtimes as well as the usual pizza, pasta, chips etc and no upset tummys. The Tunisian a la carte was very nice, we didn't try the Italian. There... More

This is definitely one of the best Hotels I have stayed in. The food was superb and I never got tired of the choice, even after a month's stay there. The only problem was that I had to cut down on what I ate as I was permanently full! My mattress was too hard and the Director kindly asking Housekeeping... More

Firstly, we arrived at the airport and we were greeted by some men grabbing our bags and taking them to the bus we were on then we had to pay them £1 each then we boarded on to a cramped bus with no seat belts and drove through a deserted towns and alongside the deserts..when arriving after a two hours... Started well as we travelled on the Dreamliner, makes the flight much shorter and the seats are really good. Paid for premium seats on the return and would definitely recommend doing this. We had booked bungalow rooms and expected a view of either sea or pool, we had a wall. Complained and were given the presidential suite, nice but would... More

My wife and I have just returned from a week's stay at this hotel. First impressions were of a very smart hotel - kept very clean. The staff were tremendous - very friendly and helpful - from the moment that we arrived (by cab) and were met by a member of staff wanting to carry our cases - through signing... More
