After being told when booking that the transfer was an hour.....2hrs later we got to the hotel. We were told to go and get something to eat which is fine but the table we were given had a wet table cloth, and then 1 of the waiters had to be restrained as he was trying to fight another member of... Unbelievably disappointed. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised. More like 2 star (so we were told by staff). It was more like a concentration camp...... Dirty, miserable staff and the food was terrible at best.I dreaded going to the restaurant as it was like driving through London. No concept of queuing or manners. You'll be lucky... More

I visited this hotel in August and it is not a 5* star hotel as mentioned, it is rather a 3* hotel. The commodities are horrible: The towels are worn and grey. The staff is not professional at all. They are hypocrites. To get a towel on which you can lie on the beach's long chair you have to pay... More

My family and I (husband and 3 children) stayed at El Mouradi Mahdia in mid-August and had a wonderful time! We are quite picky about hotels and of course first impressions always count but from the word 'go' the staff were polite, courteous and friendly. The reception staff were very attentive to our needs and the room was nicely arranged... More

Scruffy bedrooms, damp smelling corridors, towels with holes in, dirty smelly public toilets with wet floors, bland food in the restaurant where at breakfast we were expected to eat at a dirty table which had not been cleared. There were no clean cups or cutlery and discarded food all over the floor, when we spoke to the restaurant manager we were told he... More

The most dirty hotel I've ever seen, and it was. a 5 star hotel. Not for European people, probably only for inland people. Towels for the beach were very old and damaged. as well as the blankets. The floor of the breakfast+lunch+dinner was Always very dirty. Every thing was too dirty !!!!!

The Goods & Bads probably matched each other. First the Bads Airport Porters On meeting the rep she advised us that a porter would take our bags to the waiting bus. There are signs in the airport advising that the appropriate tip for a porter is 2 or 3 Tunisian Dinar, (approx 1 Euro). Two problems, since the Tunisian Dinar... More

Me and my boyfriend went to the hotel mouradi mahdia for a week on all inclusive. Overall the holiday itself was nice and relaxing, the beach is great and most of the staff are really friendly, there were a few things though that could have been a lot better. The biggest problem was the lack of information given on arrival,... More

It was an unforgettable experience for me and my girlfriend, this is a place where you can relax and plug off for a week or so. It's stress free, All Inclusive hotel with a HUGE variety of food, and it's fresh and tasty. One day we've been kayaking and saw a person doing snorkeling like 200 meters from the coast.... More

We spent 2 weeks in this hotel last September. We were 3 young girls, and it was our 2nd holiday in Tunisia. The hotel and the view is beautiful in Mahdia, unfortunately the hotel is a little far from the medina, but there is free bus to the city. The hotel isnt small, but not too big, itt has friendly...
