It's a 2-star hotel at best, with dreary, tired rooms. The staff was pleasant, and they offered us an upgrade; the next room had a better view and was a little larger. However, it wasn’t the hotel for us. We ended up staying at the Riu -- a much nicer room for only a little bit more money. more
