beautifull hotel, nice rooms, very good restaurant and lots of different food..... early visit (march) = perfect for "not very young"- people like us friendly people/workers bars, resto, animation, cleaning.... only receptiondesk is not that friendly or well organised( returning money= always troubles) rooms were little out-dated,furniture old ...but renovation was started for new season had a quiet week in... Trogolodyte theme dated; dark decor depressing; unlit corridors added to this impression. Despite multiple requests during a three day stay light bulb not changed; abrupt / dismissive attitude by reception staff when this was reported. Feral cats eating / sleeping in child's cot left unprotected in corridor; plated remains of room service meals left in corridor for more than a... More

One could argue that this is the best hotel in Zarzis, so everything and everyone seems to converge in this hotel. If you are looking for the Four Seasons, avoid Zarzis completely but if you are looking to enjoy yourself and just go with the flow, this hotel is perfectly fine. Hotel is located 10 minutes outside Zarzis in the... More

I checked out of this hotel this morning. The property is great–very reminiscent of a Club Med. But they have a strange policy of not turning the central air conditioning on until some time in mid-June, regardless of the outside temperature, or the room temperature. My room faced the setting sun, and was very hot in early evening. And there... More

Very nice hotel with large rooms and beautiful garden. The food is of good quality and the pizzeria near the swimming pool is very nice. It's strange that for an all-inclusive you have to pay for fresh orange juice in the morning. We had the bad luck to be there when a group of 500 person from a company arrived... More

The first impression one gets when entering the hotel is one of friendliness. Reception personnel were helpful overall. The animation group of young people were also friendly and tried to do their best to involve people in activities/sports. The garden was well groomed and really beautiful with lots of palm trees and lovely big pools. I found the thermal smaller... More

We went there just a week before the elections in Tunesia. There were very few tourists, maybe because of the low season, maybe because people were afraid there would be unrest. But everything was nice and calm, also in the centre of Zarzis (not particularly recommended). Few tourists at our hotel, a whole wing was closed off, some other hotels... More

After reading the reviews on Tripadvisor, we were really curious about the hotel. And we have to admit, we were a little bit afraid because of the negative comments. But we were pleasantly surprised! When we arrived around midnight we had our first surprise: there was a plate of food waiting for us in our room, and some fruit too.... More

The hotel is designed with the local ancient architecture in mind and is very interesting with underground corridors and lots of curvaceous spaces, an interesting and beautifully designed hotel complex with gardens and pools, carefully maintained. The pool is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean, large and had plenty of storage space etc. I gave the room maid... More
