We stayed for 2 weeks at this hotel. We arrived on 2nd August 2014. The hotel looks a little worn from outside but it was great inside. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned everyday. The beach was a 8 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was the same everyday, french bread, butter, jam, cheese, juice and coffee. Location... More

We booked a trip to Tunisia with a traveling agency, so we didn't know what kind of hotel we're staying at. The trip didn't start so well, because the travel agency bus had an accident before we even left the airport, then it was driving us from hotel to hotel and ours was the last one. We arrived there well... More

I have spent an excellent holidays with my family. We felt our selves like home ))) the staff very gentle and professional ))) we will go back there for sure ))) the beach is a little bit far from the hotel about 300 meters but very secure and nice. Rooms are very clean, the food is good and generous portion... More

I managed to find this hotel at a price of about £30/night in peak season, for a double room including breakfast. After climbing about 7 flights of stairs we finally hauled our luggage into our room, which was clean, very spacious and had a large balcony overlooking a terraced area. The bathroom was clean and large, with a full sized... More

At the end of the summer season we almost had the place to ourselves. Other guests were mainly from Russia and there was also some Tunisians staying at the hotel. Breakfast was bread, jams, cake and tea/coffee/orange juice. During the week we once had as an extra a yogurt and on two different morning a hard boiled egg. Dinner was... More

Well the rooms are very clean and the people working in the hotel are very nice. Food was not excelent but it was good. Some people are complaining here about the ambient - Well I think:"If you are not traveling in only high class hotels you will find it nice here." I would recommend it to anyone who knows what... Some of the staff was helpful, particularly Fredj, and some could understand a reasonable amount of English. This place caters mostly to Russians/Ukrainians and Germans, with only a few Americans. There is a busy street out front that is difficult to cross. Taxi must be taken to get easily to the Medina in central Hammamet (I also walked it). Do... More

At a wedding reception we all got forced to move to the Hotel Mahmoud from La Paix against our preference. First night I stayed there, a dodgy guy not wearing a lot of clothes stalked me as I was trying to go into my room and came out, not wearing a lot of clothes, asking "How much?" Turned out the... We stayed in Residence Mahmoud hotel for 1 week in october 2007. If I am completely honest I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. On the outside hotel looks very friendly and nice however once you get in the room it’s completely different story. When we arrived we got a room which had no balcony and you could hardly breath in... More
