We came here in May 2013. It was a bargain holiday, around £400 each for a week all inclusive. I'm guessing we were just coming into the new season as the staff were enthusiastic, helpful, polite etc.... We had never intended to stay in the hotel 24/7, so we didn't always eat in. When we did the food was fine,... More

First of all, I would begin by saying just how good the animation team are. Faris and Katusha were outstanding with getting our kids involved, and very friendly. Their language skills are amazing, and they were brilliant at getting people involved, up playing games, and dancing. However, the team were also good at spotting when people wanted to be left... This hotel wasn't for us, it's worn out, had to ask for new sheets as soon we got the room, rain water leaked in from the window and TV had only 2 channels with bad connection. We were there for 5 nights in June and we were told that the air conditioning will first be available in July even though... More

Rooms...no good rooms. Spoken to few families from differed parts of a hotel and all feedbacks were the same. Cleanliness of bathroom is shocking, toilet doesn't flush properly even after "fixing". On arrival no sockets were working and needed to ask 3 times for it to be fixed eventually. Bedroom was relatively OK, don't expect clean towels on daily bases.... More

Look elsewhere, really, the hotel is an absolute disgrace, we travelled as a party of 10, when we pulled up in the taxi I couldn't believe it, and that was before we set foot in the door, when we eventuallygot into reception I dreaded it being the worst hotel ive ever stayed in, it didn't take long before it was... Disgusting Rooms, Food not eatable, Extra charge to change rooms but wont give a receipt. Extra charge for local drinks, everything is broken. Do not go there, its the worst holiday you can have. Everything is cleaned with the same dirty cloth no detergent. The smell of the place will make you sick. The majority of the hotel is full... More

Hotel is in disgusting condition. NO Air-condition. Pest all over the place, damp, stinks, leaks on corridors. No salt/pepper on tables. Reception is unhelpful. Rooms in unhealthy condition in breach with Health and safety regulations. NO clean water at bar.

We checked in at 2315 on Saturday 21st June. Asked the receptionist if any food was avaliable. In poor English 'no'. Went to our room, not bad but not brilliant. Went to the only bar open out of 5 for a drink (of any description) was told no. All inclusive stops at 2300. asked for a cola. Two cans cost... More
