Dont even think about it. We arrived at 1 am and shown to our room. I could have cried, the curtains were in tatters, the bedspread was stained. I slept (if you can call it that) in my clothes until morning. Looked out onto the pool, which was very untidy and covered in all sorts of bugs. The next episode... more

I really panicked when I read the reviews from other English people who stayed at this hotel. I shouldn't have bothered, we had a great time. Yes it is catered for the Italians, so if you're looking for entertainment from the hotel then don't bother. However, the Bel Air around the corner is full of Brits and you can use... more

This hotel is only good if you an Italian, becouse they are majority of the guests.Rest of guests are being neglected. This hotel is not a 4* hotel, maybe 2*,although clean and tasty food. Location is not the best, hotel is located about 10 min walk from the beach. You will have to pay for the beach towels and deckchairs too!!!!If you really want... more

This is basically a full board hotel with wine, beer & soft drinks. The beer and wine is only available during lunch & evening meal in the restaurant and by waiter service. If you... more

The main problem with this hotel is that they advertise their packages as 'all inclusive' when they are anything but. This hotel doesn't even offer an all inclusive package - only the 'light' version which means no drinks outwith mealtimes and no food available unless at lunch/ dinner time. They also forbid you to bring in drinks and snacks from... more

Just returned form a week at Serail. Ok first things first. Yes it caters to Italians, yes the music is very loud, and yes the food is appalling. However the staff are extremely friendly and competent English speaker if you approach them, they will bend over backwards to offer advice, guidance and information on what things should cost you. The... more
