I spent 7 nights in Hammamet from the end of March through to the beginning of April with my daughter. The weather was better than I expected; we only needed cardigans and managed to get sun kissed. Our hotel, Diar Lemdina was listed as a five star hotel but strangely the main reception area held a plaque which showed four... more

we stayed in the lemdina for 2 weeks in may. we were all inclusive and the range of food on offer was great, many foods, such as pizza, pancakes, ommeletes etc were cooked in front of you. the deserts were different every night and a huge range. We were really impressed with our room, much larger than expected with 2... more

Just got back from Tunisia and this is a great place to go to for a quick getaway. I went with my partner and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! We stayed in an apartment at Diar Lemdina for a week. It had two floors- which we did not expect - it was very clean, spacious, with a kitchen –... more

I expected the weather to be better than it was we only had 3-4 days on the beach and a few rainy days. There is an indoor swimming pool which is absolutely lovely we used it 8... more

From the outside, this hotel looks a purpose built castle; A bit like something you would see at Chessington world of adventures. It has a "medina" which was built for the benefit of tourists as it's nothing like a real medina and not many tunisians go there to shop. The hotel has its own seperate entrance and once inside the... more

It is a good place to stay. It is close enough to the beach, in the centre of the New Medina in which you can find Cafes, Restaurants and the tipycal shops of the country. The hotel is beautiful and new. The room was clean and big where I felt comfortable. The Buffet is good enough, with a wide range... more

We found The Diar Lemdina Residences a great place to stay for a week in February 2009. It was perhaps not the best time to go in terms of weather (cool and often cloudy) but that's the risk we took. It wasn't much warmer than the UK while we were there but that didn't prevent us doing lots of day... more

We spent a week at Christmas in this hotel and had a fab time. Our suite was spacious and clean with a king sized bed. We left some change for the maid every day and came back to rose petals on our bed and towels and sheets arranged origami style - a nice touch. All the hotel staff were polite,... more
