Bargain holiday! Thomas Cook. All Inclusive, well run and friendly hotel. Entertainment if required but if not enjoy the quiet lounge bar. Free wifi. Wonderful food with speciality food bars. Of course, as with any All Inclusive, the food can become repetitive. ALL STAFF were a delight. All sun beds grabbed early in the morning. However, just ask the pool... More

My wife and I booked a cheap last minute deal with Thomas Cook for a first holiday together without our two teenage sons who were holidaying elsewhere. We were looking just to chill out and relax in a country that we had never visited before with some decent weather. We stayed here for a week between 6th April to 13th... More

Staff are mainly curt, rude , sarcastic. Rooms are no way up to standard . Food is boring . No entertainment; writing this whilst still here!!! Men on site constantly trying to sell trips/ treatments. I have worked all year for this holiday and feel completely disappointed! The town is dirty and run down, my advice would be, go somewhere... I returned home yesterday after having spent 1 week here with a friend. We had a really great week, the hotel was really clean and the maids were really friendly and attended to our rooms everyday. The waiters are great and they always go out of their way to help you. The food here is nice but after a few... More

An excellent hotel, very clean and the food is very good. All the staff are helpful, friendly and polite. The animation team are amazing, they make sure everyone has a fun holiday. I would definately return and would advise anyone with children to visit.

We spent a week in the hotel and I am glad we went with no expectations - The hotel is reasonable, clean and tidy - traditional and accessible. The staff, in the main, were amazingly attentive however a few miserable facial expressions spoilt it! Be prepared for the men selling different excursions they are very pushy but will accept a... Can't understand all the positive reviews: depressing and very tired decor, public areas (inc poolside) unkempt and dirty, bedrooms not clean, pillows and bedspreads stained and unhygienic ... Staff mostly surly and rude (with a couple of exceptions) wearing filthy uniforms, bar service deplorable, quality of drinks, even coffee, very poor. Dirty plates, dirty glasses, filthy food service areas -... More

It was a twin room neatly tidy and clean with balcany. It was abit tight but there werent any family room available. I was realy disgusted with... More
