I have to say, this hotel was superb! we also stayed during ramadan (13-21 sept) but the staff were still really friendly, always said good morning and were very pleasant. I dont speak a word of french, but the staff did really well trying out their english on us. The room was amazing, we had a fantastic view on the... more

We stayed here for 8 nights, I booked it as I have stayed in a number of Accor hotels and you normally expect decent standard. This is advertised as a luxury 5 star hotel. The hotel itself is fairly new, and the rooms are well appointed. The air conditioning is clearly a problem we complained about the room being hot... more

The hotel and the pool are nice and the beach across the street is nice; I don't know if it was because we were there during Ramadan, but the staff seemed particularly surly and unfriendly. If you don't speak fluent French, you will not get any service. It was difficult to get an English-speaking guide set up for touring around... more

Hammamet Yasmine is just a place with tourists all around, for kilometres. No point. Some stuff were stolen in our luggages in our room !!! The buffet is quite good but very repetitive. For the high price, you won't even have the pa for free Go elsewere more

I loved this place. The staff was friendly. The room was large and well appointed. Close to the beach with many restaurants and shops nearby. more

Just have read previous review and wanted to say that I have almost completely opposite experience. We had great expectations as 2 year ago we've spent lovely vacation in Sofitel Vin Pearl in Vietnam. But we were consequently unpleasantly surprised to find that this hotel is far lower to said hotel in Vietnam despite it was also rated 5 stars... more

We had no great expectations as seaside holiday hotels generally leave much to be desired. We were consequently pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel is far superior to some of the 5 star hotels I have stayed in at the Costas. Maybe we picked the ideal month to visit. We were given a room facing the sea with a... more

When I went there, there was only one restaurant open and the food was mediocre. At Morning and Evening Buffet, they have a large choice, especially breads. However, the quality of the food is second class. It would be much better if the quality of the food better rather than too much choice. At the restaurant, the employees are kind... more

Gorgeous, comfortable, prime location, attentive staff, pricey, but worth most of it (no real problems, I'm just stingy). Go lounge on the beach & let your cares drift away! more
