It's a great place in Hammamet, has everything you need for your vacation so you don't need to go out from it unless you want to visit other places in Tunisia! The staff are friendly and helpful, I didn't have any problem and all my requests were taken into consideration as soon as possible. The private beach is relaxing and... More

They are extremely unhelpful and it's obvious they hate their job!! The food is ok but very samey if staying two weeks. Other members of family who have been here for years... More

Some of the negative reviews we saw before going made us a bit apprehensive but really needn't have worried. Dropped a few tips early on and had great service especially around the pool area and at breakfast. The food ranged from good... More

We stayed here in Sept 2013, was really looking forward 2 it as it was a joint 40th birthday present from our husband's. We are not overly fussy people but after the 1st 2 days of being mithered by the staff to buy tickets etc we found out you had to be just as abrupt as them, (would not recommend... More
