Of course it's not 5 stars hotel)) But you will find here everything for comfortable vacation: equipped beach, swimming pools, normal food and, thalasso. I was there twice and don't exclude to visit it more times. Separatly i want to mention the animation team. Very professional guys, fantastic dancers, psychologists)) and really sincere persons. We spent a lot of nice... More

Stayed here last week.... First impressions staff rude and unhelpful... We arrived and welcomed with a drink... nice gesture! When we entered the room I wasn't overly impressed not for a 5dtar decor grubby door lock temperamental and balcony door shut but did not lock. When I asked about the door not locking the member if staff ruddy said we... More

Visited as a couple in August of 2014, booked with Thomson so all flights, transfers, and half board was included. The hotel itself is very pleasant; everything is clean and tidy. The room was great, nice bathroom and everything cleaned every day. The food was really good, nice variety of things to try over the course of the week, and... More

Spent 7 nights at this hotel in Yasmine Hammamet. It’s a hotel that grows on you and overall it was an enjoyable experience, if you are happy staying in a hotel which appears to be popular with well to do Tunisians. That means allowing for the odd person who smokes where they should not. We were on half board –... More

A horrible music starts every night at 10 and goes on till 11:00. That last night of our stay it was really horrible and when we asked to bring it down at 10:30, the answer was it's your problem, we cannot do it AND you've to wait by 11:00. It's obvious how polite and helpful were the staff and management.... More

visited out of season so cannot comment on activities & entertainment in the summer months, but this beautiful hotel, and it is, is fully geared up for conferences and seminars etc. The rooms are excellent and comfortable. the staff were friendly and polite in all areas. The food was buffet and although plentiful and varied it was served on cold... More

I stayed here for one week during Feb half term with my 8 year old daughter. We got a good late deal with Thomson. If you choose this package, which is half board, it is probably because like me you want to avoid the 'Brits abroad/all inclusive' scene. To my delight we were the only English people in the hotel... The overall experience is slightly disappointing, because you expect much more from a 5*. The comfort of the room, the food, the indoor swimming pool (we were there in winter), all correspond to 3* standing rather than a 5*. However, the Thalasso is excellent. The boys had a 40min massage while the women had a 3 hours package deal, and... More

I have stayed in AlHambra in January 2014. The architecture of the hotel was a little bit "kitsch", however it provided everything we asked for, very comfortable rooms, common area and pool side. Although they sold the room as if it had a sea view, we needed binecular. So you do not need to fight for a room with a... More

Had a wonderful week in this lovely hotel in January 2015. Superb architecture in main areas. The Staff without exception were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. I would especially thank Anis Hands and Bill Bejaoui for their professionalism. Arranged by the hotel, Anis took us on a chauffeured trip to Tunisia Bardo Museum, the Ruins of Carthage and the delightful... More
