I stayed at LAICO hotel in Hammamet , Tunis for 15 nights , the hotel is 5 star excellent for the price you pay for BB , HB or AI , don't expect too much for the money you are paying to your travel agent or any hotel booking engines as they are contacted with low prices to many hotels... More

We stayed for a week at the Hotel Laico on 22cd.Oct.2014 all inclusive! The hotel was nice, certainly not up to a 5*quality!the room with on-suite was clean, fresh towels every day, pool was large with plenty of sun beds. That was the positives, now for the negatives! The all inclusive was buffet only meals whiich were sometimes warm but often cold, the a la'catre... More

Today, October 12, 2014 at 11 am, I came to your hotel to ask for the accomodation and what do you offer, also to see if somehow possible to visit the pool area, the beach etc BUT your security agent at the door told me that HE WAS THE RECEPTION and I should ask him what I wanted. This was... More

Viewed this hotel last year when staying at a hotel close by and loved it. Very nice bar area, pool fantastic, food for all inc very good. Downside, room cleaning not brilliant, all inc drinks need to change, cocktails plentiful but could never taste any alcohol, no vodka on all inc menu. Right across from Port Yasmine where there are... More

My first impression that made my overall 90% feeling of this hotel was my first welcoming contact with the personnel at the reception whom were not helpfull and not friendly, in addition the room and the beds are not confortable as expected from a 5 star hotel, the mattress are so old that they lost their normal thickness, the wifi... This hotel does not have the standards of a 5 stars hotel. The rooms feel clean but are uncomfortable and they lack lots of necessary items that are usually made available in any 5 stars hotel. For example, the refrigerator was empty and did not even have bottles of water. The bed is uncomfortable with a pillow that gives you... More

I am afraid My expectations were not met. The hotel is great and spacious, renovated facilities, great food..... The amenities were below the standard for a 5 star. No drinking water in the rooms, no kettle and coffee and slow wi- fi connection only at the lobby. Get ready for this.....

Its the dirtiest and unpleasent hotel ive ever been. Dirty rooms full of dust, hairs and cigarrete smell. I only stood there for a few hours because i prefered to pay an upgrade fee and change hotel. Weak and dirty beach.
