On arriving at the hotel at around 2 am in the morning, tired and hungry, we were met at the reception by a surly, uncommunicative and unhelpful member of staff. He handed us our room keys and pointed to where the lift was. There was no one to assist with our suitcases and we were left to find our own... more

We went all inclusive, but most nights the spirits had run out at about 10.30, although the bar was open until 12.00. Food was very poor, had trouble with the staff not able to understand what we wanted even... more

First thing to say is do not stay in Tunisia for 2 weeks - there is not enough to do and you will be bored! First impressions of the hotel were good - roomy balcony, bath and shower to relax in. However, after a few days you want to leave. Our airconditioning did not work and although the reception staff... more

I have been stayed in this hotel, for one week, during Agust 2006, on my vacation to Hammamet. Booked trough a travel agency. The hotel is rated as four star hotel, it has a large hall in arabic style, a nice poll at the back with some palm trees, and cosy restaurant with the pool view. The staff is quite... more

I staid in the hotel with my friend for 7 days. I knew that hotels in Europe and in Africa may differ. So my expectations were exceeded - we had wonderful time !!
