I never thought a company like Thomas Cook would send people to a place like this. I really don’t have anything positive to say. Thankfully we only went their for one night, well about 6 hours and trust me that was 6 hours to long!
The staff were rude and gave us the wrong information on more than one occasion....

We had searched hard to find a hotel that might suit a family of four. This needed to have pool and room service or flexible dining to allow children to eat earlier.
