After reading all the other reviews on this hotel, I feel very saddened as I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was my first holiday abroad, the hotel was clean and fresh, we had a balcony overlooking the pool, maids arranged our bedding into lovely shapes of fans, the food was good and as I was disabled and on crutches, the staff... more

We stayed in this hotel about 20 times over 6 years and we loved it. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuine. The hotel was always clean and the cleaners seemed to never stop. We went half board and all inclusive and enjoyed them both. They did a mixture of their own dishes and tried their best to cater for... more

We have stayed at the Le Saphir 3 times, and its been fabulous everytime! When we stayed there it was the Le Saphir in one half and the Hammamet Village in the other. We stayed in the Le Saphir Hotel, but could use all facilities of both hotels. Very nice, clean rooms. Basic, but have everything that you need. Two... more

DO NOT STAY HERE. When you first arrive at this complex it seems ok, on the surface it is. scratch the surface and you have a hotel that was making most of its guest ill. If you go all inclusive they water the drinks down with tap water, this makes you ill, they were even watering down the coke. The... more

I stayed in this hotel in August 2005. After I had booked this hotel I decided to read some reviews about the hotel. I was a bit sceptical about the reveiws, as earlier in June 2005 I travelled to Tenerefe were the hotel had excellent reveiws but wasn't as good as we expected. When we arrived at the hotel, it... more

I hope I can find the right words to describe just how dreadful this "hotel" actually is! We stayed for a week and it seemed like a month. The room was filthy, with a broken toilet seat, cigarette burns on the sink and rusty pipework. The staff were rude and overly aggresive for tips. The food was indescibebly poor, fly... more

I am 15 and i stayed at the Hotel Village Saphir in Easter 2004. The entertainment was second to none with a very energetic and funny entertainer, Mohammad organising the outdoor games and the music and bingo at night in the big entertainment room. There was a large mix of people at this hotel and i made many friends here,... more
