This was a wonderful hotel. Everything about it was first class. The staff were all helpful and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and there was a great choice at every meal, special mention has to made of the breakfast crepes, absolutely superb. The room was clean and bright and airy, and the... More

We stayed here as a group of 4 girlfriends and although there was an initial problem with booking; we'd requested twins and only doubles were available, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The hotel is delightfully located and well serviced for bars and restaurants. The half board buffet is ok, perfectly adequate. We ate at the Chorizo restaurant on... More

We have just got back from an incredible holiday in the Sindbad Hotel. We stayed for one week starting on the 15th April. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were amazingly polite and friendly, ready to help you with anything. The food at breakfast time was lovely, the variety was enormous including pancakes (cooked freshly for you, with your... More

Huge rooms, excellent service, high standard of cleanliness but I had to keep nagging to get vegan meals. Unfortunately the French influence means they use a lot of dairy, mostly unnecessarily, and I couldn't persuade them that they shouldn't put bits of ham and fish in the some of the salads but serve them separately. My information about the proportion... More

The hotel is a fairly good hotel compared to the hotels in Tunis. The rooms are nice comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom and terrace. The beach area is excellent and the water is clean, the infinity pool and it's deck is great too. The breakfast is barely average, the quality of food at breakfast is not excellent but... More

This hotel seems to be one of the few in Hammamet close enough to easily walk into town and that gives it a definite plus. I was glad not to be staying in Yasmine, as it looked abandoned and as though it has seen much better days. The Sindbad room was excellent. One complaint was that the shampoo and shower... More

This must be one of the best hotels in Tunisia. It is set on the beach and 3 pools and 3 restaurants but it still seems to offer a personal service. Rooms are set in lovely tranquil gardens and you wake to the sound of birdsong. Breakfasts and dinners are wonderful as the plentiful fruit and vegetables are so fresh.... More

This was the 5th time we came to the Sindbad and as before, we were not disappointed. The service is excellent and the choice of Restaurant is superb. The pub is not impressive but otherwise no complaints. The a la carte restaurant is a must and the rooms are large, clean and well kept. A great beach location and excellent... More

We stayed at the Sindbad, Hammamet from 15-19 Dec 2011. The hotel is excellent. The rooms look like they have been renovated recently and they are tastefully furnished. We dined at the Thai restaurant twice & the fine dining restaurant for dinners and the restaurant by the beach for lunch. All were excellent. There is an "English Pub" onsite that... More

I used to live in Tunis and the Sindbad was a regular weekend hideaway for me. It is truly one of the only 5-star hotels in the country. The sevice is professional and impeccable. Very friendly staff. A great location in Hammamet with a great view on the bay, right on the beach. It has 2 open swimming-pools and one... More
