Visited in September 2014 as a family with two children both under 10 years old. We wanted a quick flight to somewhere warm, on a beach and for £2K-£3k. We got that. Let me be clear, the beach (at the hotel*) is lovely (white sand, shallow waters), the hotel is better than average, the rooms were pretty decent and the... More

Stayed here for a week all inclusive from 22nd October 2014. Family of 9 of us. Fantastic welcome at arrival. Very pretty hotel and beach. Bad time of year for flies. Hotel rooms were clean and well kept. Entertainment team were AMAZING! Always professional, smiling and took the time to chat and keep the guests happy and up-to-date with the... More

We holidayed here for 11 nights in August of this year. Altogether there were 4 adults and 4 children in the party. The hotel itself was lovely and clean, our rooms were cleaned and tea/coffee items replenished daily. Plenty of choice in the main restaurant however despite having themed evenings every night the food became a little repetitive. We tried... More

Had an 11 night break at the Manar in October at the very end of the season for half term. Went with two other families with 6 adults and 7 kids from 6 to 13 years old. The accommodation I split across two main blocks and we were all in Manar 1 in family theme rooms. There are three main... More

We arrived in the dark so our first look at the hotel was the following morning, when we arrived we were very quickly shown to our room,we were amazed that we were still able to get some food and there was a good selection to pick from. Our room was on the small side, ideal for a couple but with a six... More

Ticks all the boxes for the kids, amazing professional shows every night, kids loved i5 live. Food always good, something for everyone. Loved the pirate ship trip Service ok My only grumble is that the swimming pools are very very cold and kids didn't take long to turn blue, sea was a lot warmer.

We went here for one week in May 2014. I didn't come with particularly high expectations. Booked a room with a sea view, it was very nice, clean and right beside the shore. We were in block 2 away from the main bar and reception. The main pool was beside us and was clean. The hotel and it's grounds always... More

not a great holiday to say the least. Arrived to a appalling room so had to pay a extra £200 for another! Not a good start. The room we were given was infested with cockroaches & ants. They came and sprayed with there bug guns 3 times overall, didn't work kept coming back, so was given a can of roach... More

Party of two adults, kids 17-6, returned on Sunday ,last day of season.Yes, the hotel does "tick a lot of boxes" with its environmental angle and facilities but there are aspects which left us wondering...so, I will list what we found underwhelming: Separate WC meant no access for handwashing, dim bathroom lighting and poor mirror meant shaving was difficult, shower...
