We stayed at le Hammamet for a week at the beginning of June, flying from Bournemouth. The hotel is a bit tired, the rooms pretty dated, and ours was very musty at the beginning. This cleared after a couple of days and was not an issue from then on. The cleaners work really hard, and are some of the nicest... more

stayed at le hammamet hotel with my mum for one week. rooms are basic but large and clean. Pool is lovely, beach good and the hotel is nice. Food good and evening entertainment is good too - shame people dont join in with the staff as much staff really friendly and make you feel welcome. I would definatly go back more

Wonderful hotel and the most amazing jasmine perfumed gardens. Not like your typical aparthotel, the rooms are quite secluded and away from the main reception. Quite spacious, lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. The place has a faded elegance but is perfectly adequate and was spotlessly clean, the cleaning staff do an excellent job. Private beach is gorgeous and protected from... more

We stayed for a week at Le Hammamet. Choice and quality of food was with out doubt the highlight of this hotel The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean at all times. Rooms and towels cleaned and changed every day. Indoor and outdoor pools very nice. Facilities at the beach were fine, and the beach was good.... more

We booked a week in Tunisia at the last minute, had never been before and did not really know what to expect. Le Hammamet Hotel was lovely and everything we could have wished for. Yes, it was built a long time ago and is somewhat dated, but that only adds to its charm - the hotel and the area are... more

I loved this hotel and would love to go back. The staff were efficient, pleasant and helpful. The location was great for us, just a short walk across the road to the beach. The entertainment and activities for kids and adults was very good. The food was excellent with a very good choice and the deesserts were out of this... more

I stayed at Le Hammamet Hotel for one night at the beginning of a package tour of Tunisia, and found the hotel to be very dated. It has all of the facilities one might expect (an exclusive beach area, pool, bar and restaurant), but they were all built a long time ago and have only just been maintained to an... more

this hotel has it's pros and cons hence the mixed reviews i have read here and why it suits some people and not others. firstly the facts; the hotel is very old, pre 1972. it was designated four stars but at a push is a two star hotel. the pros; ---all you need is in the complex; two pools, restaurants,... more
