My wife and I spent 2 weeks here between 26th Oct and 9th Nov this year. We checked in perfectly and Sonia on the desk was very helpful and very pleasant. The staff in the hotel make the hotel. Yes it is a bit run down, but it is clean. Our experience of the food was that there was plenty... More

I go to hammamet 4-5 times a year. Stated in various hotels and this was a really bad hotel compared to many 3-4stars. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and were checked in by the concierge as there was no staff at reception. It was Christmas day but looked like a dark dead night in the hotel. No... More

I made a terrible mistake of booking this hotel via Thomas Cook before reading the reviews on here. The photos on Thomas Cook's website made the hotel look a lot better than it actually is, although the outside of the hotel is not too bad. I went on holiday with my brother and we stayed at this hotel for 10... More

Like many we were concerned by some of the reviews but have found the overall experience very positive and we would return here. Holiday was from 16th - 23rd November, a quieter time and have found the accommodation more than satisfying. Sonia on reception is wonderful and very helpful, always with a smile. We had a good crowd of people... More

Just returned from a week there and we were very satisfied with the Hotel, the friendly staff and the excellent food. After reading so many negative reviews we were slightly concerned but feel we must pass our findings on via this review. The check in with the wonderful Sonia eased our minds from the start. The room was clean, water hot and plentiful... More

Just returned from a week in this hotel staying from the 5th - 12th Nov. Its low season so the hotel had finished most of the staff leaving the remaining ones struggling to cope with the relatively low number of guests - apparently this hotel is able to accommodate 800 people. At one stage during our stay there where 100... More
