We spent our tenth aniversary of our wedding ceremony in the first days of July 2009. Before the travelling I read the opinions on tripadvisor.com, and my feelins were differents about the hotels after we arrived back. The building is a little bit strange, three stars in European standards, the furniture is ugly, old chairs and tables in the restaurant... more

From start to finish this place is a disaster. We arrived on the same day as four other couples and from that moment we were united in our desire to leave this place at any cost.Even though we were all inclusive, after the first day we decided not to eat at the hotel as the food was so bad. Everything... more

Arrived at hotel late at night, hotel was cold and dark. There was no entertainment, everything was closed. Food was terrible, no choice and food was brought out and reheated each day. Only good comment is that staff are friendly and our rooms were dingy but clean. We ended up using exscursion money to pay for food and drink elsewhere.... more

Polite and friendly staff, cases taken to room on arrival. Rooms are clean comfortable and spacious. Don't expect a 4 star european hotel because you are in africa and you wont get one! Every room has a pool/garden view BUT you dont get any sun on the balcony. Large swimming pool with pool bar, lovely gardens well maintained. Indoor swimming... more

I am finding it very difficult to think about anything that I've liked about this hotel, the food is awful , the staff were incredibly impolite ,in fact without tiping them you would have had a hard time getting them to hepl you in the littlest of ways. The rooms are small , the disco that they have there is a... more

The hotel room was very dirty. The pillows had hairs on them.I had to clean the toilet before I could use it. The reception we received when getting to the hotel after the one and a half hour trip from the airport at 9.30pm was food has finished so you cant have anything. Then leaving the suitcase in the room... more

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The food was excellent, service was fantastic and the staff were so helpful. The rooms were always clean and tidy. There is something to do for everyone of all age groups. The 5 star rooms are particulalry nice as they had complimentary bathrobes and slippers. Every night there was different entertainment such... more

Had a lovely time. Hotel staff and animation team were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were kept clean and tidy every day. Also, plenty of activities to keep yourself busy during the day and night. more
