As the saying goes you get what you pay for. We have just come back from Hotel Fourati only yesterday infact. The hotel is old but is attractive. The room was spacious, the bathroom and toilet needed modernising but overall it was acceptable. We also read the reviews before we booked this hotel but my method of thought is not everyone... more

My girlfriend and I have just returned from a fortnights break in Tunisia, staying at the hotel Fourati in Hammamet. I thought I would write a short review and also see what others thought about the place and the resort in general. Well I must say i'm pretty suprised by the amount of negative reviews i've seen. I dont know... more

Hotel is in need of major update, the fresh towels stunk, cleaners let themselves into your room with their own key, tough if your getting changed, food terrible and cold, staff do not listen to you, one waiter took full advantage of not giving my wife her change from her drink so i had to sort him out, when i... more

Fourati Hotel Hammamet Tinisia Stayed there for 1 week at the begining of March 2008. If you are thinking of staying at the hotel don't bother it's very old dated and in need of a facelift. (Not what is portrayed in the brochure). The grounds are very nice and the beach is wonderful but the hotel is terrible. Our room... more

My husband and myself arrived home on the 7th May, 2008, after a wonderful stay at the Fourati Hotel. We found the staff very friendly and they could not do enough to help you. The rooms were well decorated, clean and fresh towels etc. changed every day. The grounds to the hotel were extensive and well kept. There were two... more

The hotel is set in a nice complex, with good pools and grounds, but the restaurant is tacky, and in need of refurbishment. The food provided for early morning starts was disgusting, stale bread and dessert pastries left over from dinner the night before. In a country where oranges are so plentiful, it seemed absurd that there was no juicer,... more
