From start to finish this hotel offered great service. Rooms require updateing but you do not spend your holiday staying in your room. Reception was large and desk staff always willing to help Restraunt staff waiting to show you to your table and drinks flowing just remember to use a couple of Dinar each time and service is great.Food plenty... more

The approach to the hotel is pleasing & reception area large & airy - staff friendly & welcoming - our luggage was brought to our rooms by the porter with no fuss at all. Travelled to the Phenicia for a week with Thomas Cook. Thankfully flight times were just over 3hrs as the legroom was limited for us tall people. Transfer time was about 1.5hrs to the resort.
